Our senior management team hold a wealth of experience in supplying Security Services, everything we do daily is geared around our client's needs, thus client satisfaction is a principle maintained daily from introduction to completion of assignments. All our Guards go through a through employment and criminal record checks as part of our vetting standards and all Guards are licenced and trained to the SIA Security Industry Association standards. As well as holding CSCS cards Construction Skills Certification Scheme, which is always a requirement in the construction industry we cover as it supplies proof of occupational competence. Management encourage open dialogue and encourage communication with our guards, as well as briefing new procedures or training requirements. Silver Guarding recognise the importance of our Guards and value their services, our Guards safety is of paramount importance.
