FSG's Managing Director served in the British Army for 14 years gaining vast experience in security operations around the world with operational experience serving in Northern Island, Kosovo, Sierra Leonne, two tours of Iraq and two tours of Afghanistan. Gaining the rank of Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) has given a great opportunity to fine-tune leadership skills of commanding large amounts of personnel. Before leaving the British Army he was awarded a MiD for gallantry from Queen Elizabeth II for actions of gallantry on his last tour of Afghanistan.
After leaving the British Army it was identified that Security was a passion and went to work in Iraq and Afghanistan as an Armed Close Protection officer for a private security company. During the 5 years working in the Middle East providing security services to oil companies such as BP, Shell, PetroChina he held various positions of Project Manager, Operations Manager and Country Manager also backing experience up with education in the form of a Security Management Diploma.
Business Services
CCTV:
FSG will design, install and maintain your package to your individual needs. Our Engineers work to the SSIAB Code of practice SS2003. Protect your business with your new or existing CCTV system with remote monitoring at our 24-hour Control Room based in Darlington.
MOBILE SECURITY:
FSG's 24-hour Control Room based in Darlington plan and coordinate our mobile patrolling and emergency response across the North East & North Yorkshire. All our operational staff are SIA licensed operatives. Patrol & Response vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking technology.
INTRUDER ALARMS:
We offer a variety of systems ensuring it meets our clients budget and needs. Our Systems Manager will plan, design, commission and give maintenance options on your package under full compliance of PD662:2003.
FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS:
Our Systems Manager will survey your site and design a tailored package cost-effective to your budget and needs. Fully qualified teams will install & commission your fire system to full compliance of BS5839-1:2002. FSG can maintain your system, respond to alarms, provide fire strategies and conduct fire drills.
LOCK & UNLOCK:
We provide lock & unlock services across the North East & North Yorkshire. FSG also provide key holding services, Our 24-hour Control Room based in Darlington can coordinate and ensure you can gain access to your property 24 hours a day. FSG can also provide an escorted key holder ensuring your staff are safe OOH.
MANNED GUARDING:
FSG have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and pride ourselves on recruiting from Ex British Army and Police. All our Guards are fully SIA licenced and have passed a full CRB check and completed the FSG (TIP)Training Induction Package.
